Had a customer ask if there were any ships that can't use missles. I checked the forums and some guide books and didn't find an answer stating any restrictions.

He is flying the Y-wing and has certification for the ones he trying, but no luck.

there are no restrictions... if a ship has a mount for ordinance, you can install any launcher that will fit into the mass you have left on the ship. does he have a launcher installed on the ship? is he using the right launcher for the ammo he is trying to load into it? mark 1 proton launchers only accept mark 1 protons... etc.

He does have to have certification for the launcher.....
