POB shields seem to be fine...
3.1k front / back 19.4 recharge
POB armor seems to be fine...
2.8k armor

]I think it has something to do with the fact that both of these require PE in the stats but none of the resources used has PE [sigh].
Just a note to see if you have heard anything.
