Other than the obivous (Set up a shop, register it on the global list), you need to advertise.

I usually take some paint kits/missiles/chaffs and put them on the bazaar in a major city on the same planet as your shop, and place some info about your shop (Location, etc) in the seller's description.

im kinda struggling with money atm, i almost got master merchant back. 4234 now. but im fighting with myself to decide weather or not to sell the parts i loot to the NPC guy or on my vendor, and i can never get the right parts to re them so i dunno, im struggling to get my M-22 out fitted right so i can loot parts myself instead of hiring a crew for my YT-1300

I find it's slightly more effective to do a factory run with your shop's location in the name. A lot of people don't bother reading the details on paint or the seller's desc on anything else.

Yeah, or even better, naming your factory . That's what I do, BIG RED LETTERS with location and my name . I try to not put them in front of anybody else shop, but the outskirts of Coronet are reaaally stuffed.

Check out other shipwright's vendors. It varies based on location and server, and the quality of resources you want to go after on a regular basis.

And you craft it, by the way. You're a Master Shipwright. If you're not doing this because you love JTL, give up now. It'll either be a hobby business to support your space habit, or you'll need massive amounts of dedication to build a big business. You will not make tons of cash at it.
