My question is for re engeneering parts.
1. do they have to be the same Name or tital of part?
2. do they have to be the same lvl part?
3. How the heck do we re engeneer parts? put it in a tool or something?
Kinda Confused about it.

2. do they have to be the same lvl part? RE level - yes. Equipment cert level - no. (normally they are the same level, occasionally not)
3. How the heck do we re engeneer parts? put it in a tool or something?
Make a component analysis tool.
Put X items of RE level X in via drag and drop (i.e. 3 shields of RE level 3 or 5 weapons of RE level 5)
Use radial menu on tool.
Accept stats details
Either name or press ok to accept default name (will be name of first item put in tool)
Check inventory and hope a KSE disk is in there
Rinse and repeat...
