I've hear that u need to RE, but does it matter what i RE? and where do i get the schematic parts?

you need 8 KSE disk fragments to make a complete schematic. Once you get all 8 of the frgments, you put it in a component analysis toola nd you get a schem. the disks fragments willr ead 1/8 , 2/8, 3/8 etc.... when you reverse engineer ship components you have a chance of a disc fragment to wshow up in your inventory....its been sai dthat ever 100th RE will get you a disk fragment, but no one knows for sure the exact ratio.
