That frees up some mass for you to work with.
aye a nice looted lvl 2 capacitor. if your on bloodfin i can get you to around a 37 recharge rate with nice low mass. run weapons capacitor overcharge 3 and your golden.
your weapons... i would go with reverse engineered lvl 6 guns. a good sw will be able to get you under 10k mass each with a 2400 max damage or better, under 2k reactor drain, and around .64 against both shields and armor on each weap. none of this .2 vs / .8 vs it weakens your capabilities. yes you can run 2 weaps one .2 vs shields the other .8 but it doesnt stack up against 2 weaps that are both .64 S and A
