What stats are needed for resouces to make the best ship parts like SR and OQ. Please post I need the info

depends on the part, and depends what you want to tweak
generally you'll want high oq (all), conductivity (steel/copper), toughness (steel/ore), and potential energy (in radioactives)

There are a few (2 or 3) very good posts on this in the stickies, as well as alink to a very cool tool that shows you the best current resources for each component on your server...
