nothing at all - in fact, id happily take that worthless junk off your hands ![]()
kidding aside, youll get 2 extra experimentation points. the difference will depend on where you spend them. Thats also the nicest SW tape ive heard of so far by a long shot.

i have +10 and that gives me one point of experimentation, so +21 would give you +2
17 points instead of 15 - that's 13% more customization (compared to the 20% other profs get)
what's that mean? it gives you a little more room to experiment with different things (and there are a LOT of choices on weapons)
is it necessary? no, you will prolly never earn enough extra business to pay for the attachments, and having them doesn't make things extraordinarily better - nor does it even come close to making up for poor quality resources
is it worth it? imhoi say definitely, i think even my +10 is worth it

It will give you two more experimentation points for all items affected by weapon systems experimentation.

How much of a difference would a +21 weapon systems attachment make in crafting a gun?

Actually the cap has been lifted post C.U. You can never exceed +2 experminentation points, but for the purposes of improving Amazing success chance etc. has not been confirmed. there have been cofirmed reports of a Weaponsmith reaching 46 weapon experimentation with the aid of a few friends.
Now how on earth we are going to get +50 experimentation on all 7 of our trees is anybody's guess -never mind assembly bonuses....
