Thread: Jedi Starfighter Can I stay Rebel?
Yes
Exactly that - you have to do the quest yourself, then if you want to have a different pilot faction (say jedi and rebel pilot) then drop and work up the other profession - you need to reach 4xxx to use the ship.

You don't have to change your pilot faction to get the Jedi Fighter, just your ground faction. I was a Rebel Hutt pilot who became an Imperial Hutt pilot and got my jedi fighter. I am a master freelance pilot and it works just fine - do not need imp 4xxx, just an imp with 4xxx
(edit : ooops, I re-read the original thread and that was the question asked, ooops, so it seems that the answer is yes ?)

WHat moron made the Jedi Starfighter an Imp quest anyway.
Aren't the imps dead against Jedi.
Suposubly its Vaders old fighter...
Also you can get it traded from any one who has done the quest.
You could even do a fair traid for the Arc.
But JSF mission requires you to shoot down rebel ships.
And as RSF thats not a problem.
You have to have the quest completed so you can trade, but not generate the ship unless you have done it yourself.

Now that I've actually seen the movie, the argument about it being an Imperial Only Quest because it was Anakin's ship just doesn't hold water... because Obi-wan flew one too
