I got attacked almost immediately, and I think I had a second wave before I was done. Not too bad with a krayt with 1 laser, 1 tractor, and 1 weapon. Probably would have been better with 2 lasers and 1 weapon.

if i remember right, there is a survey multiple systems mission after that one... that is the last one.... don't quote me on that tho

Kessel Diamond Mining is the last mission to get the Y-8.


The multiple-survey one is right before that.


Personally, I never had a problem with that last mission. Dunno how random the spawn is, but I never once got attacked while mining the diamond. Nothing showed up.
