Alright, thanks. This spawns another question...i see things like silacastic or, or carbonate ore.....are those low grade ores?

Yes they are, any thing that says ORE is.
The only items that use named resources are the subcomponents and expendables.

Ok, well, i plan to be making a SW soon, and i just have two questions about the resources used. In the FAQ about grinding SW, it says you need ore, and inert petrochemicals. Now, my question is this, can it be any ore, or any petrochemicals, or is it more specific than that? Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but im not a crafter, and im just not really sure. Thanks

Do we have anything on the forums that lists what are the "named" resources and what they're used in? At bare minimum, I'm looking for the name of the resource. I'd look in my Schems, but 1) I'm at work and my company won't let me load SWG on my work computer (go figure???

part of Zigmund's shipwright guide has the info your looking for. It's in the shipwright guides and reference material sticky but here is a quick link.

I am so disappointed in myself. I must have looked past that section a dozen times w/o seeing the SW specific resources. Sorry!!!
