S.E.A. - Skill Enchancing Attachment.

Ok I've seen the following Clothing Attachements for Shipwrights.
Engine Experimentation for engines.
Chassis Experimentation for chassis and which also adds points when making armour.
Weapon Systems Experimentation.

Have you guys seen any Armour Attachments with these bonuses?
Also have you seen any "assembly" attachments that are applicable for shipwrights?
(i.e.:Engine Assembly, Chassis Assembly and Weapon Systems Assembly)

Nope and nope. No other attachments. No assembly attachments.
