Heya

When REing parts, how will i know when I find a KSE disk? I am asking because a guildie and I both started out at novice and now are 4343. I am REing all the parts we both loot and I am unsure if I have found one.

You will geta message that you found something and then there will be a disk in your inventory. You'll know when you get one.

hehe... It will be in your inventory. It looks like a round disk. If you get one you will know. I beleive there is also a message that displays on the screen. I was getting lucky and had about 4 or 5 disks in my first 400-500 re jobs. Lately the pace has slowed somewhat. I've done something like 300 lately and only gotten 1 disk.

I'm currently only 1 disk away from a full set but have some dups and trips of other disks......ug....

My guild is selling me all the unwanted looted items (offering to my vendor) for the shipbuilder price of 1k per RE level (RElvl1 is 1000, RElvl3 is 3000, etc). I re everything and sell the sellable Items back at RElvl times RElvl +500 (RElvl1 is 1500, RElvl3 is 9500, etc.). This way I make some money back, they get some decent RE'ed equipment and we hopefully will end up with a guild flying all KSE's if they want them.

When I get the disks the ships will be sold to the guildies that want them for a very low (cover the resources) price. If I have any left over I'll put them up for auction (doubt that will happen though...).

KSE's are the REAL profit on RE'ing, most of the time. Hard to charge the 128k it will cost you to get your hands on 8 lvl 8 capacitors.

Note:

I'm biased here, of course.

And the lvl 8 capacitors I CAN make money on, it's the lvl 3,5,7 that make me want to regurgitate.
