Okay, in the late beta stages prior to release when RE'ing a level 2 part it average the stats of the 2 inputted devices and then added the bonus to the average. It has been told to me that this is no long true, that the stats before bonus of the final version of the item are the stats of the first device placed into the analysis tool. Although this might yield better results, I was wondering if this is a bug.

RE'ing take the best stats of all parts used and makes a new part.
