In the effort of keeping Shipwright a profitable profession with decent prices for everyone I think we should get united to define some rules that all Shipwrights should abide and contribute to. These rules should include max / min prices for all Shipwright items, the quality standards and costumer care. I have some ideas about this but first I'd like to read yours

thats a good idea but few would listen to it. cuz of the players that are greedy or just want someone to go under

I happen to think that that is a bad idea, but at the end of the day it doesn't matter what I think. I'm *100% sure* that this will not happen.

1. Every server economy is different.

2. Different shipwrights have different motivations, goals, and ideas of how they want to have "fun".

3. Different shipwrights have different business models. Some focus on high-touch "custom" crafting and some focus on putting things on vendors. All of those business models are "valid" and will work if you want them to work. But *price* is only one part of a business model.

4. Not all shipwrights read these forums.

the smugglers already tried this a while back. it was a failure. Lots of people still insisted on trying to undercut everyone else. I really think its a cool idea, but there's always gonna be that guy that says "Im selling my stuff for 2 cpu and there's nothing you can do about it."
