How do you experiment on those? Split between energy/mass or what?

Most of the people want quintity first. They want as much as they can get.

Yes, but I am talking about the launchers.
On the packs:
I recently mastered so I have not have time to test out that many differnet options. I made some Space bombs yesterday and it took a lot of points to raise quantity with just one on those. Other packs might be different.
Experimenting on quantity actually give two benefits, lower price/missile and more missiles to use in space. Question is where a good trade-off will be.
For many people it seems that the cost of missiles is a problem. Two ways to go for making cheaper missiles, experimenting on quantity or using cheaper resources. Probably experimenting on quanitity is the best way.

depends i do both
exper full on mas left over on energy
and full on energy left over on mass
cause it all depends on ship tehre using or reactors
some peoepl short of mass
some peoepl short on energy those imperials with overdrive weapons and engines

I am sorry I miss read it. Yes I can normly get both mass and energy pritty good. I also ask what ship as a y-wing energy eing low is more importment but on a a-wing mass is.

For launchers I always max out mass reduction, then put the remaining points (usually somewhere in the range of 7-9) into reducing energy. If I can max out energy reduction (usually possible if I get 1 amazing) I'll put any remaining points into armor.
People seem to like these launchers, I sell as many as I can make.

I max out energy first and here's why. Look at your reactors, the smallest is 1.2k mass 11,300 energy and the largest is 50k mass with about 18,300 energy. You can save way more mass by using a smaller reactor then by experimenting on the mass of components. Further, once you get to heavy ships such as the Bwing, you'll find that you are more limited by the energy use then the mass of the ship. Even with a 18300 power reactor, fitting 4 weapons and 2 launchers is hard with everything else.
