Did anyone read about the new loot enhancements they did with the new patch? Here is something I found interesting...
Reverse Engineering Items
These items will again be for the crafters mostly. The idea is to give an NPC an object (weapon, armor, tool, etc.) that the player doesn't have and can't make. A crafter would be able to reverse engineer these objects in order to make draft schematics which would allow them to make the items.
now I may be wrong but weren't they suposed to do this for us in the beginning? As far as I know... we can't make draft schematics from looted parts..

I think the stuff they are talking about is for the ground game, and not for us. I think someone is throwing around terms and not realizing the full impact of what they are saying.
