I was crafting some advanced blasters and have found some strange things with experimentation results which does not give the result I was expecting.
I used 2 different steel:
1) CD: 640, OQ: 929
2) CD: 592, OQ 976
I expect steel 1 to give better results.Gas/radio/ore don't have cond so it is weighted in favor of the steel with higher conductivity. Think it is rather 80% CD and 20% OQ for steel
The other resources are Gas: 986 OQ, Ore: 981, Radio: 821 OQ/ 915 PE
I was maximizing adv blasters on refire rate (using qs component) up to cap and rest in max dam. I noticed that:
1) With steel 1 I got refire rate of 0.266 and steel 2, 0.265 - Steel 1 should give best result
2)Mass which only use OQ I get better result with steel 1 than steel 2 (14519.3 vs 14541.3). Steel 2 should give better result since it has higher OQ
Same happens when I experiment on max dam. Steel 2 give slightly better result than Steel 1 (only 2 points or so)
I also tried to put max experimentation into mass and steel 1 get better result.
This is really strange.

The schematics show the wrong numbers for all weapons. There correct stats are:
Armor Effectiveness: OQ 50 PE 50
Armor: OQ 33 UT 66
Max Dmg: OQ 50 PE 50
Min Dmg: OQ 50 PE 50
Energy Maintenance: CD 50 OQ 50
Energy/Shot: CD 50 OQ 50
Refire Rate: OQ 50 PE 50
Hitpoints: OQ 33 UT 66
Mass: OQ 33 UT 66
Shield Effectiveness: OQ 50 PE 50
Armor: OQ 33 UT 66
Max Dmg: OQ 50 PE 50
Min Dmg: OQ 50 PE 50
Energy Maintenance: CD 50 OQ 50
Energy/Shot: CD 50 OQ 50
Refire Rate: OQ 50 PE 50
Hitpoints: OQ 33 UT 66
Mass: OQ 33 UT 66
Shield Effectiveness: OQ 50 PE 50
As you can see, the CD doesn't matter on theRefire Rate.
