IS it Kuat loot that droops the fragments or any loot at all?

Not sure where the only KSE parts bit came from but can say that have gotten most of mine from non KSE parts and most were from level 1 and 2 parts though could just be that have done alot of level 1 and 2 parts compared to the higher level ones.

The idea it's only KSE started out because the Firespray is made by Kuat Systems Engineering (KSE). In early beta we believed the drops were Kuat only (can't remember if we saw any non-Kuat drops initially, by the time JTL shipped the drops had spread to all components. It is still possible that Kuat has a higher % but given the % seems to be around 0.5% any evidence is within the margin of error for now, especially since many don't know for sure which component gave them the disk as they only notice after doing a couple of sets.
(P.S. by higher margin it could be 0.55% - i.e. 1 in 180 instead of 1 in 200, not easy to spot)

Any loot at all, it also seems that RE level does not impact - most people are reporting lvl1 or 2 for the vast majority of disks.

yea I figured that would not be limited to just KSE so lucked out earlier and held on to everything even though many friends were if its not kse they destroyed it. Once informed them that jist got one from non KSE they were like damn i destroyed 200 of the non kse stuff. Most destroyed items with out looking at the stats early on. Now people learning to look at what they loot before they destroy as well as the RE levels to try and get better items
