Ok i want a high speed, low mass engine. I was thinking like a lvl 6 10k mass that an pull 90 or more. Will this be hard to find? How rare are they so i know like1 mil, mayber 2 mill or less?

Try the pilot boards--you won't find one crafted like that.

There was a level 6 with a 92.2 spd that was given as a quest reward, but these were nerfed to 79 speed. Also, the loot drops on level 6 engines "mysteriously" stopped when SOE had announced they were nerfing this particular engine. Now that the nerf has gone through, level 6 engines are starting to drop again. If you happen to find one of the pre-nerf engines on a vendor (which I highly doubt), expect to pay top dollar. You might want to try looking on your servers trade forums.
