I want to know what can we make on a factory... I'm having a factory problem and I submitted a ticket,a CSR responded saying that I can only make ship ammunition on a factory.. I wasn't helped by this csr.

As far as I can see, you can make sub addons to armor, weapons, shields, reactors, engines... And, you can make paint kits, texture kits, ammunition. What was the problem?

If you are able to make a schematic out of something, then you should be able to use it in a factory. If for some reason you can't, there is obviously a bug. You should /bug it if you encouter this situation and perhaps post your bug here too.
