Any1 else see this: There will be MANY opportunities for aspiring SWs ... just specialize in 1 type of Item ( Make the best Blasters, or the Fastest engines, Find the best material combonation to make the strongest Armor).

I was disappointed at first to learn that Armorsmiths would not be making the Armor, but now that I'm a Master Shipwright I can see that there is an opportunity Inside ofSW to be a Master Shipwright Armorsmith or a Master Shipwright Weaponsmith and so on.

Having to make components by hand, I see no way to keep all items stocked ( at this time). But by specializing in one area and offering ships and Custom orders there are many combinations to find a niche in the SW profession.
