With the recharge rate on a capacitor, which is better, I higher or lower value? Speed on a gun its lower, so im still confused about some of the ship component values. Thanks for your time.

Its rechargepoints per-second I belive, if not second then 2-3 second,

Either way its recharge rate * time = amount of capacitor energy recharged.
