What would happen if my inventory was full and I was awarded a FS fragment? Would I know it?

I wouldn't even risk it. I always keep inventory @ 59 TOPS.

Well this did happen to me once, it comes into your inventory anywya just shows 60/61 items.

I have no first hand experience with this, but I have heard of people loosing them. Personally I just wouldn't risk it.

Thanks for clarifying this.
I've been wondering what happens when your REing tool is down to its last use. Specifically, since we're not able to rename RE'd components on the last charge, I've been wondering if this bug also affects our chances of getting a disk to drop on that final charge use. In my own experience, I've noticed that I have never gotten an FS disk drop on my tool's final use. I simly get the "your tool runs out of charges and is destroyed" message.
I suspect that it is purely coincidence, but would like to compare notes with other Shipwrights and/or get some Dev confirmation.
