Today I had a real strange encounter with a 'bug'..

When I reached Pilot 3 3 2 2, I went home to get my x-wing. I looted my 'old' Y-wing longeprobe to put all the stuff into my x-wing. When I went to my house, making myself a texture and painting kit, I went back to coronet starport.. I launched to space and reallized, that I don't have any capacitor. So I thought.. 'cheese brain... you forgot to take a capacitor with me, when I was at home'^.. so I landed and headed back to my place..
I took one out of my bags, it was a good one (well, at least for me) and went back to the star port. As I arrived there, the capacitor was gone. I really thought, that I'm crazy.. So I went home another time.. took one capacitor out of my vendor and checked my inventory, if it really is there..
While I was heading back to the starport, I checked my inventory from time to time.. it was still there.. Well.. I arrived at coronet and went to the starport.. When I checked my inventory again.. the capacitor was gone... I was going crazy at that point.. two very good capacitors just disappeared for no reason..

I reloged to make sure, that they maybe reappeare.. nothing.. no capacitors.. not in my house nor in my inventory.. I entered the chat to ask a CSR, if he/she could help me.. nada.. as usual.. he told me to wait 24 hours and if the capacitors don't appeare to write a trouble ticket

So no fighting for today *sigh*

Something to add... I sent a Bug report.. but when I look under CTRL+H submited bugs.. there is nothing.. absolutely nothing.. I sent 3 bugs within the last month and nothing.. maybe they filtered my character so I can't submit any bugs anymore *sigh*

the two capacitors came back the next day I logged in. And I also got a nice and constructiv answer from two CSR!

Happened to me too, resources for a factory run disappeared as soon as I clicked on the factory. Went back to the house and they re-appeared. Reported it as a /bug and never had the problem since.

in the past there was caae of items that would vanish in the inventor when you croseed a server line. Uselay the work around was to log off for like 10 min and come back and items were back. Thought that it had ben beaten but with game with so many interconnect systems sometimes things can show up that thought were dead. Long live the zombie bugs of SWG.

best thing is if can when it happens send in bug report with the location that picked up the item and then the location where the item vanished. This way theyc an check and see if it is the old server line problem that has come back with the 'increased server stability' patches tht we have been having. I myself noticed that happedn to me if was in a cargo pocket or satchel that was in a house. When I dropped it items were gone and when picked it up there they were again. Might be related as might be also if was inside a container that caused the problem as was my case.
