No, actually, we're not getting ignored.
Starterships are going to be upgradeable and hyperdrive capable. (Nerf for us, bonus for pilots)
REing Droid Interfaces is going ot be fixed (speed goes down now)

A nerf is borderline ignorance.
As for the droid interfaces, that bug is only one of MANY that are bing ignored.
Either way, where is our correspondant?

Hehe, wish I was there...
Anyway, I am hoping to read more of Styx soon. I, too, noticed that our corespondent seems to be missing in action. Maybe, he is so busy discussing our wishes with the devs.

Why don't you wait and see what the ship is actually like before you all start whining about this change.
Look at it from a newbies point of view.. There is NO way he can afford your prices on parts/ship chassis for a LONG time because most of you overcharge for your ships. especailly considering the decay on them (10% a repair is insane).
I think this is a great change for newbie pilots ( new to both JTL, and SWG, so no huge bank account). Also keep in mind that if they are new, they will be killed a bunch, and will need new parts soon anyway.. so you still win.

Already seen it - it's the same as what we craft.
Our prices are CHEAP - a newbie ship chasis runs about 25k max with the majority of shipwrights (5cpu).
Maybe you need to learn to research before you speak.

Not sure what you intrepid fellows are doing. Ship chassis on chimeara go for 3 cpu on the resources used as we all know that the quality of the resources used makes just about no difference at all.

He has been busy on the Correspondent forums regarding SW issues.
Plus by a strange co-incidence a few other correspondents are Shipwrights as well, so the profession is being represented.

He's still around, I've been talking with him this weekendon trying (unseccessfully
I'm afraid)to challenge the starter-ship change. The prototype ship (assuming no changes from TC figures is basically a ship with worse stats (mass 11k hp 400) but better components than you can make)
Armour was in the region of 250hp, but used energy?, shields were 300. And you can remove and sell prototype components that can be used in other ships, the only thing you need to dump is the reactor (it's energy 8k) the rest is viable use components. I feel sorry for new shipwrights who I suspect will find this much more difficult a profession to enter (since you now have no sellable items until you have spent 80k resources)

Not a word since.
I'm getting worried we're being ignored by the devs already.... (nothing new)

Glad to know he's around then.
As our representative though, we'd like to hear some of his feedback over here too.
