No one knows.
The best guess is not this week, but before ToOW. That's as accurate as we can get given it isn't even on TC as it is too unstable.

that hasn't stopped them before from releasing it.

Not this unstable, had one about 10% as bad as this that went live with us screaming at CSR's, took them about 8hrs to fix it.
