i got Ace yesterday and as such i built my Nova, just wondering what the upcoming average stats have been on test server for the new parts? dont wanna craft any elite parts and have Pub 24 come out and have to make all new ones lol.

I would say that any of the "pob-only" stuff you will want to wait till post 24 to make,

hehe im master SW myself, i did make a railgun and was suprise atleast current revision i only got one doing 3679max damage and .7 to shields. my friend has a gun that is close to that on his X-Wing =x so hopefully they double the damage or something with P24. i just know ill want to horde up as much roid as possible because when PoB stuff becomes good it will be in demand.

Dont' flame me since I'm unfamilar with ship componets...

I have a non-POB cannon (or some other sort of weapon) that's 4900 dmg with .7 to shields and armor. I really don't know what that means other then it _IS_a lvl 10. This was a looted or quest item.

That's probably an Incom trandoshan special repeater cannon. It's a reward item from the avatar platform quests and has a dynamic range of values in which it can drop. 4900 is extraordinarily high.

I'm not sure about the value of stuff on Bria, but on my server I would expect to pay about 5 million for that gun.

Yeah, it was clearly an awesome item to be presented with and I do believe you are right on the naming. From what I recall it's also around 45k mass.

I've looked around and haven't been able to easily locate meanings to the armor/shield ratings on guns. Anyone able to simplify this for me? (0.70 vs shileds = 70% effectiveness? / .30 = 30% effectiveness?)

The Vs Shields and Vs Armor ratings is how effective it is against that type of protection. So a 0.700 Vs Shields rating would be 70% effective.

check out www.spaceloot.com for the min/max and average stats. As I recall on lvl10 weapons you should be able to find weapons with high .7x vs mods on them. Just an FYI for a weapon with those stats we currently have someone offering 20mill on our server for one with lower stats. 4900 is very nice for the damage, in fact it sounds like all of the stats are within reasonable ranges, but all could be improved with a good RE' job, just be sure that you take the time to RE that weapon properly.

Unless you are referring to someone else, I think the offer is only 10mil for 4700 + 2mil per 100 above that., not 20mil. Well, I guess if you can find a 5200 max damage L10 blaster pre-RE, I'll **cough cough** I mean they'll pay 20mil for that...
