The FAQ from the Pilot forum says:

but more fun is the Pimp Mobile, the Decimator (Imperial Ace). If the YT-1300 is a dorm room, the NovaCourier is a nice studio Apt., but the Decimator is like taking a date home to your penthouse

need Ace Pilot to fly it, Ace Pilot (any faction) to Co-Pilot (Droid commands and Pilot special skills), then you get 2 gunners. Everyone onboard gets XP/Prestige. Was fun to learn this in Beta, took a 11xx pilot up to see the Star Destroyer, killed 3 vettes in there, we landed, he was XP capped he learned to love lvl 5 fighters.
