Wow. Thanks IIscandar.
Of note, since I've been offline for the last 2 days (&!@$ SBC putting an outage as "low priority"), I have done some major updates to that file.
I'll update the first post with all the new info, and really would like feedback on the new features. None of them have been tested against in-game stats, since I couldn't log in to check, but they all appear to be ~95% accurate. Will probably need to fine-tune them a little.
But, head back to the beginning of the post to see the new stuff.

Ok. Quick note on some testing. Found an error in my formula, but just in what I entered. Forgot to change one section to adjust for the different weapon types. Here's a preliminary run through:
Not too bad for guesswork on the formulas. Some work is still needed to get it a bit closer, but I'd say that's a good start. As you can see from the % Accuracy column, it's a lot better then I expected. Very close to 100% accurate, and so far, I'm writing that off to other variables/in game rounding that I'm yet to figure out.
Of note though, the spreadsheet came back with 28% base experimentation, whereas the game came out with 27%. That one I'm still trying to figure out. I'll have to run a few more tests.
Of note: I will be uploading the newest spreadsheet here in a few minutes, once I get the formula's updated.
In Game | Spreadsheet | % Accuracy
--------------------------------------------------------
Experimental Blaster |
--------------------------------------------------------
Min: 1914.6 | 1916.608 | 99.895
Max: 3101.1 | 3104.427 | 99.893
vsShield: 0.484 | 0.484286 | 99.941
vsArmor: 0.484 | 0.484286 | 99.941
Refire: 0.352 | 0.351476 | 99.851
Final Experimentation: (8 Refire, 7 Max Damage)
In Game | Spreadsheet | % Accuracy
--------------------------------------------------------
Experimental Blaster |

Min: 1914.6 | | ------
Max: 3336.8 | 3336.8 | 100
vsShield: 0.484 | | ------
vsArmor: 0.484 | | ------
Refire: 0.319 | 0.324 | 98.457
*Note on Refire: That was an amazing success, so accounting for the
extra points gained, the spreadsheet shows 0.319
But, it shows 93.5% experimentation, whereas the game
shows 91%. Some work still needs to be done on experimentation %'s
In Game | Spreadsheet | % Accuracy

Yeah. Took me a little while to recover from the graphical editor not being firefox-compatible.
As to the other, I need to take that initial link off. That one's no longer updated, but the Excel file is current. And not browser-dependant.
