Takes me almost an hour to fill up my cargo hold becasue it always spawns in the corners of the zones and then you cant blow them up.

from launching my ship to requesting to land, it takes me no more than 15 minutes. I'm running a Krayt with Tractor Beam on the wings, 1 lvl 7 weapon, and 1 mining laser III. And to get from A to B I'm using a 96 spd engine. Droid commands are WO3 and EO3. I'm bumping my engine to one of my 117.0 spd engine to make it even faster. Tractor Beam is the key. I don't chase asteroids, they chase me.

right
i use a tractor beam and everything, and i could do it in probably 5 mintues if they spawned in the middle of zones where 75% of them were unable to be sucked in.

When I break off the medium roid from the main one, they tend to break off towards me. If they keep heading towards the edge of space, then I move around to the other side of the main roid. They should now start drifting toward the middle of space. Otherwise, bug it. You never know, someone may move a few hundred meters...

If you /follow the smaller asteroid chunk, the one you break off from the large asteroid, use tractor beam on it first, while holding tractor beam, fire with your mining lasers to destroy the medium sized chunk, then almost all, if not all of the smaller asteroid chunks will be instantly put into your cargo hold.
