Er...yeah...I have one here... +15 Booster experimentation CA....
Oh it says +5 Creature Havesting....that's just a bug and it doesn't show the right bonus...
ignore it....I'll sell it to ya for 10 Million.


Seriously though, no they haven't gotten around to it. And no they haven't gotten around to shipwright assembly tapes yet either.
