Haven't seen it but ill ask here anyway
In REing some RE level 3's I noticed that the increase in stats for only a 2%..
I thought that for the RE level 3 it would be a 3% increase.
My understanding is that the percent increase is the same as the RE level
in other words.. RE level 1 = 1% increase RE level 2 = 2% increase etc.
Is this not correct?
Or can someone point me to the post further explaining this.
I read through the RE explaination in the SW grinding post that is stickied.

Not in my experience. I've been lucky enough to be able to collect ten level 10 components and RE them, and I only say 1-3% bonuses. I guess the big gain is that the final product has the best stats from the components you inserted into the analysis tool.
What bothers me is that I have seen no increase in the bonus as I have progressed from Novice Shipwright to Master Shipwright.
