With droid interfaces, I have noticed that when I loot them the higher lvl ones, seem to have higher speed values. Also when RE'ing them they increase in speed. To me this would indicate that a higher speed should be better. However when I mount one in my ship a lvl 1 14.5 spd droid interface gives me a delay of 70 seconds between imperial engine overload commands. When I use a lvl 6 38.5 spd interface, the delay between commands is 190 seconds.
Is this a known bug? or is it working as intended? additionally why would I want to find the fastest droid interface possible if it is working as intended, or even for that matter making higher lvl interfaces?

I've been confused by this as well. Is higher speed better or is speed actually a delay. Currently it appears to be a delay instead of increasing the speed. I'd like to know how it is supposed to be. What is the speed of a droid interface intended to do?

I'm not sure if anyone knows...lol...when you experiment the speed goes down...yet when you use a higher level droid the speed is higher before experimentation...wish there was someone who could accurately answer this question

This is currently broken.
It's _supposed_ to be better to be higher. But it currently is not. Right now a lower droid command speed stat is better, dispite the fact that rev eng bonuses and experimentation bonuses increase it.
