Can someone point me to a Faq or website that has a number by number breakdown as to what the individual stats mean on each kind of component. I swear every time I think I have it figured out I plug a lvl 6 whatever in my ship and replace a lvl 3 and I have it figured out completely wrong. Especially I seem to be wrong about the capacitor.
