I just read the notes about pub 24 it says elite parts are halved BUT does anyone know if the Y-8 elite parts are halved as well? This being the Y-8 reactor, Y-8 cap, Y-8 mining lasers and the Y-8 Large cargo hold. Thanks.

I believe the Y-8 Reactor/capacitor did not get changed. The Cargo Hold did however.

correct - as of now ignore the Y-8 parts as they use more asteroid for less effective components
