I was having problems using a normal texture kit on my X-Wing. I could paint it alright, but not texture.

This was a normal X-Wing with type 5 & 6 kits. I get the option to select the ship, but the kits just isn't consumed and there are no texture changes made. But it does work on my Y-Wing.

I'm unable to paint/texture my new Vaksai fighter or my Rihkxyrk fighter. Problems I'm having -


1. The ships are jet black in color. When I bring up a paint kit, the paint kit has default colors for both primary and secondary, neither are black. Choosing a color and changing it has no effect, the ship remains completely black.


2. Texture kits cannot be applied. Choosing to use the texture kit does nothing at all. The kit isn't consumed and there's no change made to the ship.


Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this a bug or intentional?
