Are they only for Shipwrights? Or can other profs use them?

There are other schematics being introduced into the game that depend on asteroid resources. One, that I know of, is the BARC Speeder Repair Kit. In addition, think about it, there exists Icy Asteroid, but no schematics that I know of that call for Icy Asteroid. In my opinion, we're only seeing the beggining of asteroid resources. So crank out those mining lasers and cargo holds fellow shipwrights, because everything is going to be strip mining the galaxy down to the last chunk.
