Whats the higest you Shield recharge you can get on a level 8 shield (non re) ? best i have ever gotten is 16.4


also whats the lowest mass ? around 27k ?

Personally looted a 16.99 pre-RE, and lowest I've seen is around 23k mass. Lowest I HAVE is around 26.5k.

I wish i could remeber the stats on my lvl 8 shields that i Re'd,after re they are as follows


17.9 recharge


2566 front and back hp


26000 mass


lately i have looted some nice ones with high HP's but not the same recharge as before so i dont know what's up with that just bad luck or they aren't around /shrug

I've never been able to get a shield recharge on any of my engines.
