Just wondering if my assumption is correct that Shipwrights don't have any crafts that make level 8 parts. I havn't looked for them extensively, but the way it seemed to me was that all level 8 parts were looted not crafted. If thats not the case could somone fill me in on the name of a crafted lvl 8 component, and in fact if you know the name of any good looted components of that lvl it'd help out a ton as well. Thx much ^_^

all crafted parts are odd level. 1,3,5,7,9. loot parts can be any level from 1 to 10.

Mark III concussion and Mark II image-rec launchers are cert level 8. Otherwise, everything is odd-numbered certs.
