Hi i just became and Sw and the search function is down. I mainly just want to Re items not make ships. What lvl do i need to be just to re?

As a pilot, you can easily make friends with a shipwright if all you want to do is RE. Bring him all your space loot (even crap stuff) They'll likely pay you at or more the chassis dealer price for the parts, and will RE your parts for you. Unless you're just starting out and any ole thing will do, I would'nt recommend REing everything you come across, you should save your good parts, for when you have equally good parts to RE with.

If you want to make crafted parts to, then you might want to take up shipwright, but I dont really think its something you'd want to dablle in. You wont have all the experimentation points, and almost all the crafted parts have many lines to experiment in (Chassis is the exception really - but you wont make a profit by selling Chassis, and you wont be making a ton for yourself)
