What is an "Advanced Artisan Icon" and a "Yellow Hammer"?

They're talking about the little icon that shows up by your name on your HAM bar, you get to choose what icon goes there based on your profession(s), it really helps in combat groups to determine what each persons role in the group is, that is assuming that people are using them right.
