I have been working on getting my CA's up to 20... i recently aquired a +16 weapon systems tape, right now i have a +12... what happens when i go over the 25 cap? i hope it dosent wrap around and re-set. as of right now i'm wating for a tailor to finish my clothes however and both of these are not implanted into a piece of cloathing. if so should i be looking to trade my +12 for a +9 and cash or somthing?

Any points over the +25 cap are ignored, having +28 is not going to be a problem.
Oh, and you know not to put them both into the same item of clothing? They will need to go into seperate items to get the full bonus, putting them into the same item will just cause the lower bonus to be overwritten by the higher one.

Actually, the caps were supposedly removed. +20 will give you the capped two extra points, but the additional +8 could very well help with experimentation successes.

Yes, I read the same some time ago, but either crafting SEAs work different from other SEAs, ot this never went live (or worked as intended, could be both woth SOE), because then there would be no reason for someone with a +30 experimentation to get 3 extra points instead of 2.
MAYBE having experimentation SEAs over +25 DOES give an extra bonus toward more amazing successes, but I don't really think the small gain you get is worth the troubles of getting this.

The +5 you get over 20 from have +25 does aid in gaining amazing successes, just like the first 20 points does, however, i am realatively positive that this was never changed, that nothing over 25 actualyl counts towards anything, though it may show it in you skills window.

intresting. thx. I'm still unresolved on trying to trade my 12 for a 8. i supose it wont hurt to have a +29 but i'd rather not have extrainous things if at all posible.
