Sorry if this has already been posted, but it's late and I'm sleepy, lol.

My question is, do you have a better chance of looting a disc from REing level ones VS higher level components? Do I have as much of a chance getting a disc from REing a level 1 engine versus 7 level 7's? Or is it totally random?

Same for all levels - you get 1 chance for 1 cert 1 or 1 chance for 7 cert 7's (in a single combine).

Completely random.
