In order to get one of the firespray disks do the parts that you RE have to be all from the same company? ie Mon Cal. I know that when you RE the parts all have to be the same level, but some people are telling me they all have to be from the same company to get a firespray disk.

Myth - they just need to be same type and cert level.

In Beta they had to all be exactly the same item - but it was quickly changed.

when you say type you just mean weapons, or engines or capacitor, etc... right?

I.e two lvl 2 RE weapons or three lvl 3 RE capacitors, or x lvl x such-and-such.

Yep...thats a myth. It does NOT have to be the same manufacturer, just same RE level. Additionally it is totally random whether a Kuat SystemsEngineering Fragment drops or not, whether you are REing 1 level 1 component or 10 level 10 components. I have heard statistics like 1 in 1000 or 1 in 100 odds. I have RE'ed about a thousand parts and got 3, but that is because of bad luck
