Thread: What's the lowest mass craftable for a Micro-Chaff launcher?

This is a general question for all Shipwrights, but if any Eclipsian Shipwrights are looking, I need to know if 5300 mass can be beaten. I know if it can it won't be by much, but when you fly an Advanced, you need every unit.

5295 is the thoeretical lowest possibe mass on a Micro-Chaff launcher with all applicable resource stats at 100, so that is an excelent mass.

Ive just made a micro-chaff launcher and my bug has occured AGAIN!
Heres the resources I'm using:
Steel OQ995 Pe N/A
Radioactive OQ 862 PE 989
When I enter the experimentation stage, I can only put 5 points into Mass for a maximum 41% exp level!
Mass comes out 6414 and I have shed loads of points left (11) but cannot put anymore into mass.
This bug is driving me absolutely crazy now.
