I was never a big crafter. Even as a long time doc, i have only crafted a few sets of enhance packs.

But in beta, i was bitten by the bug. (way before i understood RE or the elusive FS disks)

So i got a second acount and bacame a SW.

Took me a over a month of grinding and mining, but i did it , and lerned it along the way.

I now spend more time on my SW then on my main 3333 reb pilot/ master doc/ MR.

I have a small buisness, about enough to pay for the loot that i buy, and the mait for my miners, but i have a small yet loyal following. i dont want to be huge.

Ilove the RE'ing. i love collecting different components and trygin to match them to get the best one i can out of them.

I love tryign to get that perfect ratio of mass/damage or whatever ratio i happen to be looking for.

I love getting the complements " wow , i love your weapons. my cap jsut does not empty now"

I hate resours collecting, but i still do it all myself, with the help of a few guildies.

i love that i understand all (or most by now) the stats, and am not afraid of the word LOOT. ok ok, other than caps and boosters then. Becauseloot is me and i am loot.Loot makes the RE'ing alive.

i love being able to tailor certain combinations. this is not simply "make the highest damage/highest protection/etcetc" item. the balance u need to create , is dynamic and chalenging. it sets us apart form the "regular" crafters.

I still dont have a FS , but i am only 2 disks away. in a way, i fear gettign the last one - it will be like wining the loto - i will lose that hope, that expectation.

yes there are problems with this proff, but i jsut felt the need to give some positive wa or id or whatever, into this.

I gotta agree with you. I tried other crafting professions and got bored, but shipwright is alot of fun.

Its almost more of a roleplaying profession than a crafting profession, plus its great to be able to tweak out your own ship

Not gettin many custom orders for anything other than what I normaly make tho

However I am hoping that changes when my Component Showroom opens up. It will have 1 of every item thatI can make as a SW, that way people can see what is avalable and send in specific requests
