Hi, anyone have a site that has a listing and pics of components people use to decorate their houses?

actually, i'm near done decorating my shipwright shop, i'll post pics when i'm happy with the result, hopefully if not by this weekend then early next week (don't get much playing time over weekend).

as for using them in decorative setting as opposed for backdrop in a shipwright shop...hrm...

weapons make pretty cool looking columns if you stack a couple on top of each other. shields are ok for that also, but that's a pretty big column, heh. hrm. don't think i've dropped a launcher on the ground yet, wonder what they could do. i'll have to definitely look into it.

reactors, boosters, engines are all quite oblong and i wouldn't be able to think of much a use for them except in 'machinery' building (like building a speeder in your house, etc).

um...droid interfaces are kinda small, but might do ok for, say, lamp bases?

capacitors, if lined up correctly, might make a cool bench, worktable, etc. dunno. gonna look into it though, i still need a 'counter' in front of my vendors.

too bad chassis deeds (not blueprints, those should look like rolled up paper, in my opinion) don't look like miniture models of the ships, but I guess it would kinda ruin the veteran reward x-wing and TIEs.

armor is too odd shaped and curved to really make anything useful out of it, but i'm sure someone can come up with something, heh.

Im using a shield as a fireplace. dropped it in my med naboo house with some touches in the center. The shield is tall enough that you dont see the touch pole. You only see the touch fire and smoke.

My favorite thing so far has been taking the round tire-like droid interfaces and stacking them up underneath one of the round glass tables, so it's like a glass top on the stack. If that makes sense. Hehe....
