yeah, i'd say that's about right. though, personally, i give a little less usually to speed and more into consumption. longer burntimes (12sec or so?) for just a small amount less in speed. Though I carry some with all in speed too. Like the name

also, notice the energy amount. leeet (1333.7) indeed
