Everytime you reverse engineer space loot you have a random and very slim chance to recover a kuat disk fragment (1 of the 8 possible). It doesnt matter what level or type of loot you are Reverse engineering, its completely random. So low level loot is best as its easier to get sets to RE faster (level 1, 2 and 3 especially). You can roughly expect 1 disk for every 100 RE jobs). Once you have all 8 disks throw them into a RE tool and RE them. This will give you a limited use schematic to make Firesprays (3-6 uses).
